LuHang Pneumatic Rubber Fenders made of an outer rubber, reinforcement synthetic-tyre-cord layer, and inner rubber, vulcanized firmly.
A] The outer rubber protects the carcass and inner liner from abrasion and other external damage.
B] Reinforced synthetic tire cords are strong enough to hold the fender's internal air pressure.
C] The inner rubber seals in the compressed air within the fender.
D] Fenders 2500mm in diameter or larger must have a safety valve to release excess pressure if accidentally over-inflated.
