I.Marine Rubber Airbags for ship launching
Now more and more shipyard choose Luhang rubber airbags for ship launching,We continue to innovate and improve the application methods.Take an ordinary medium-sized ship as an example:
1. Preparation:
a. Calculate carefully, prepare enough airbags(check rubber airbags by 1.25 working pressure without load,confirm no air leakage), traction winches, air compressors.
b. Build &Clean up the road:The ramp need be flat,need a enough depth and length in water,confirm there is no Sharp object to prevent airbags be piercedc.
c. Grind the burrs at the bottom of ship to be smoothd.
d. Close the sea valve, fix rudder, propeller
2. Working process:
a. link ship and traction winches by wire rope.
b. Put and inflate rubber airbags under the ship,use inflatable rubber airbags to support the ship weight,then remove the blocks.
Depending on the size and shape of a ship, the ship may be launched by the end launching method.There are three ways to arrange airbags when using the end launching method:
Single row arrangement
Cross over arrangement
Two row arrangement
c. Adjust the internal pressure of rubber airbags,reduce the ship height to a suitable working height to keep the ship Steady progressd.
d.Put 2 or 3 rubber airbags on the black area nearby the ship.
e. Active traction winches,release wire rope slowly,keep ship move slowly.
f. When the airbags separate from the bottom of bow,move them to the front of the ship moving direction.
g. Repeat f work until the ship nearby seawater.
h. Notify people in danger areas to evacuate,the workers on ship prepare to release the hauling of ship by winch when the ship enter deep seawater.
i. Collect and clean rubber airbags,storage after dry.

c. Active traction winches,recycle wire rope slowly, keep ship move slowly unti support the ship.
d. Work with the jack to lift ship to a height, then arrange blocks instead of airbags to support the ship.
e. Collect and clean rubber airbags, storage after dry.
